ok i cant afford to get it done professionally so i mean over the counter jobbies.
on queer eye for a straight guy they have these colgate things that stick to your teeth, are these out in the uk yet anyone?
anyone had any good results with anything, please let me know. i dont smoke but i do have a black coffee every morning!! xx

I've been using janina diamond toothpaste for a while and have really noticed the difference, my teeth are a lot whiter. It's quite pricey from boots (about a tenner) but it really does the job unlike other toothpaste whiteners I've used.
There's a thread on treatments if you type in janina toothpaste and it will show you what other baggers thought of it too.

Strangely enough, I'm just about to apply my 3rd lot of Crest Night Effects treatment. It's a 14 day course during which you paint the paste onto your teeth before going to bed and brush it off in the morning. I did it before for 7 days and it worked a treat.
You can't get it in this country yet, but you can buy it from Ebay. I think there's some info on it in treatments.

Be aware of the products that contain peroxide, some do. I found one (back2white) at Superdrug that had a percentage of peroxide that is too high according to UK legislation.
I bought a Safe&white whitening stick. Very useful, just a few minutes in the morning and a few minutes in the evening and my teeth become whiter after one week. Don't expect a dashing Hollywood smile. I found a website that explained about the base colour of your teeth (www.teeth-whitening-guide.com)

Eucryl toothpowder is fantastic at removing stains.Its cheap too about £1.80 for a tub.I have tried everything else and suffered from mouth ulcers and and empty purse.This stuff is brilliant used twice a week for the last 3 weeks the improvement is amazing.
